I have never understood this manner of dressing. Where it’s cold enough to wear a coat or jacket, but somehow one wears short pants. Surely it can’t be both cold and hot at the same time or in a manner of mere inches. Quite frankly the look upsets me. I want to grab the silly male and smack him upside the head. The looks tells me “hey look I am stupid. I don’t know how to dress” from the male dressed in this manner. Don’t get me started on Millennials wearing hats, ballcaps indoors.
