Lady scooping out Gold Fish from the Central Park Conservatory Garden Pond before winter hits. The fish are taken out and placed elsewhere, indoors. Or else they would perish when their pond freezes in the winter. This must be done each year. Fish are replenished the next Spring when the weather insures no more freezing water.
