The Infamous Snow Jam. Which occurred on November 15, 2018. The traffic was great at 3:00 PM, but its started to snow heavily at the beginning of rush hour which caused this massive traffic jam which lasted for hours. Some left work at 5:00 but got home at 1:00 or 2:00 AM. This photo was taken looking down on East 109th-110th Streets and First Avenue.
