Where it&#8217;s cold enough to wear a coat or jacket, but somehow one wears short pants. Surely it can&#8217;t be both cold and hot at the same time or in a manner of mere inches. Quite frankly the look upsets me. I want to grab the silly male and smack him upside the head. The looks tells me &#8220;hey look I am stupid. I don&#8217;t know how to dress&#8221; from the male dressed in this manner.
